Jack Meller
Director
I've been working in construction since I was 18 years old and have experience in every sector imaginable across the globe. I started in a carpentry company renovating some of the highest quality homes in Sydney's Eastern suburbs and became passionate about giving all clients the value for money they deserve.
Since then I have been working exclusively in pre and post-contract cost management for the largest companies and government agencies in both Australia and the United States.
I have recently been awarded Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors CQS Designation, as well as expert witness and strata defects inspection panel. I currently manage and train a small yet highly capable team consisting of general and specialist MEP cost managers.
Lachlan Chan
Cost Manager
Lachlan brings a wealth of experience to Meller since joining in early 2023. With a strong background in remedial construction from his role at Maxbuild, he has since produced a range of pre-contract services in sectors such as pharmaceutical, health, hotels, residential and civic. Lachlan studied Civil Engineering at UTS.
