The Sydney Opera House had 7 separate funding sources, across 3 stages, with a 10 year program of works dubbed the "decade of renewal." In a previous role, Jack Meller oversaw the involvement and appointment of an ECI contractor and developed robust estimates for various smaller packages to aid in the decision making process. This was managed amongst the intricacies of a live-operating environment and a site with difficult access.
